Warranty

All Carousel Strands products come with a one year limited manufacturer’s warranty.
The hairstyling iron is guaranteed to be free of defect and workmanship for one year
from the date of purchase. 

Should the iron fail to operate properly within a year, it will be repaired or replaced
at free of charge. You must provide proof of purchase for warranty service.

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear of the product.
• Damage due to misuse or abuse such as using incorrect voltage supply,
  accidental drops, neglect in safety precautions or water damage.
• Tampering, such as repair or attempted repair by any unauthorized party
  which voids the warranty.

The manufacturer disclaims any responsibility for damage caused to property or persons.
